Are you officially licensed for passenger transport?
Yes. Professional EVTC card 067190060 issued by the Bas-Rhin prefecture. Registered with the French Ministry of the Interior VTC register. Professional liability insurance covering all transported passengers throughout France and Europe.
Which languages do your drivers speak?
French and English as standard. German and Spanish available on request when booking, at no extra charge. Specify your preferred language in the quote form so a matching driver can be assigned.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Alsace (Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin), with extension to Lorraine, Germany (Black Forest, Baden), Switzerland (Basel and tri-national region) and Luxembourg. The Wine Route from Marlenheim to Thann remains the main service area.
Are you a travel agency or a transport operator?
Transport operator (EVTC), not a travel agency. We provide the vehicle and the driver. Winery tastings, meals and site entries are paid directly on site. This structure guarantees full transparency on the transport cost.
