How many passengers can the van carry?

Four to seven passengers in individual seats. The van has a dedicated luggage area for suitcases, bags and wine cases bought at the cellar. Ceiling height is generous enough to move around without bending.

Is the sedan suitable for an airport transfer?

Yes. The sedan carries 1 to 3 passengers and 3 large suitcases. It is designed for transfers between Strasbourg-Entzheim airport, Strasbourg TGV station and your accommodation or starting point on the Wine Route.

Do you provide baby seats or boosters?

Baby seats (group 0+, 0 to 13 kg) and boosters (group 2/3, 15 to 36 kg) are available free of charge on request when booking. Provide each child's age and weight so the right equipment is prepared.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe online. Bank transfer for groups and companies. 30 percent deposit at booking, balance 48 hours before departure. Itemised invoice provided as standard.

What happens if my flight or train is delayed?

The driver tracks your flight or train status in real time and adjusts the pickup at no charge. Sixty minutes of free waiting for a flight, thirty minutes for a train. Beyond that, billed at the prevailing hourly rate.
