General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between FJ13 (La Route des Vins d'Alsace) and its clients for private chauffeur transport services.

Article 2 - Booking

All bookings are final after full payment (credit card) or receipt of bank transfer. Departure must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

Article 3 - Pricing

Prices are calculated based on total duration (driving + stops) and distance covered. A mileage allowance is included in the hourly rate. Additional kilometres are charged at the current rate.

Article 4 - Cancellation and refund

The cancellation conditions are as follows:

• More than 48 hours before departure: full refund (100%)
• Between 24 and 48 hours: partial refund (50%)
• Less than 24 hours: no refund

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the secure Stripe platform, or by bank transfer within 48 hours.

Article 6 - Liability

FJ13 has professional liability insurance. The client agrees to respect the agreed schedule and the driver's instructions.

Article 7 - Personal data

Data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR. It is stored on servers located in Europe and is not shared with third parties. Clients have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
