FJ13 SAS (La Route des Vins d'Alsace) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data Collected
We collect the following data when you make a booking: first and last name, email address, phone number, number of passengers, desired date and time of service, departure address and itinerary. This data is necessary for the performance of the transport contract.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used for: managing and tracking your booking, sending confirmation and reminder emails, preparing quotes and invoices, processing payments via Stripe, and improving our services.
4. Legal Basis
The processing of your data is based on the performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) for booking management, and on your consent (Article 6.1.a) for non-essential cookies.
5. Data Recipients
Your data is only accessible to authorised FJ13 personnel. It may be shared with our technical subcontractors: Stripe (secure payment, PCI DSS certified), Supabase (database hosting, EU servers - Frankfurt), Resend (transactional emails), Vercel (website hosting). All subcontractors are GDPR compliant.
6. Data Retention
Your booking data is retained for 3 years from the end of the service, in accordance with legal obligations. Unconverted quotes are deleted after 72 hours. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access to your personal data, right to rectification of inaccurate data, right to erasure (right to be forgotten), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at: laroutedesvins-alsace@fj13.fr. We will respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Cookies
This site uses technical cookies necessary for the platform to function. Third-party cookies (Google Maps) may be placed for displaying interactive maps. You can manage your preferences via the consent banner displayed on your first visit.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, secure storage on European servers, restricted data access via authentication, secure payments via Stripe (PCI DSS).

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. Any changes will be published on this page with the update date.
